Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking: All bookings are subject to availability and review. Once your request is submitted and your deposit is received, we will confirm your event within 24 hours. If we’re unable to accommodate your request, your deposit will be fully refunded. Booking Timeline: We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability. Party Pop Co. accepts bookings between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM to allow time for setup and teardown. Need an earlier or later time? Please contact us before booking to check availability . Payments: A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of your total balance is required at the time of booking to reserve your event. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event. If payment is not received by then, your booking may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 7 days of the event. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking ( subject to availability and approval.) No-shows or same-day cancellations are non- refundable and will be charged in full. If the remaining balance is unpaid 48 hours before the even, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Need to make changes to your event date or time? Note: Changes within 72 hours of the event may not be possible and could result in additional fees. Travel & Service Area: Travel fees help cover gas, labor, and additional setup time. They are included in your quote or added to your final invoice. Saratoga Springs – FREE (Always included with any party package) Utah County (outside Saratoga Springs) – $20 flat fee (Includes Lehi, American Fork, Orem, Provo, etc.) Salt Lake County – Starting at $30 Draper: $30 Sandy: $35 Salt Lake City: $40–$50 depending on location Other Areas (Tooele, Ogden, etc.) – Custom Quote (Based on mileage, setup needs, and time) Back-to-Back Bookings: If two or more parties are scheduled on the same day and at the same or nearby location (such as the same neighborhood, park, or venue), the travel fee for the additional booking(s) may be waived if minimal teardown/setup is needed.
