Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits:

A 25% deposit is required to hold your event date

No payment is required at the time of booking. Once we confirm your event date and details, we’ll send you a payment link to secure your spot with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance will be due the week of your event

​For events booked within 7 days, full payment may be required upfront

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with at least 7 days' notice
Cancellations:

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may reschedule once

Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit

Final payment is due 48 hours before the event
Weather Contingency:

Outdoor events should have a backup location
-
We do not issue refunds for weather, but will work with you to reschedule
Terms & Conditions
By booking with Party Pop, you agree to the following:
Client Responsibilities:

Provide accurate details and confirm theme at least 2 weeks in advance

Ensure early access to the venue (1–2 hours before)

Obtain any required permits for parks or public venues
Party Pop Responsibilities:

Deliver your selected party package on time

Professionally install and style your event as agreed

Handle materials and props safely and respectfully
Liability Notice:
Party Pop is not responsible for:

Guest injuries, lost items, or weather disruptions

Damage to venue property caused by external factors after setup is complete
Photo & Media Consent Policy

With your permission, we may share select images from your event on social media or our website.
