 PAYMENT & BOOKING

Q: How do I book my event?
A: You can book by filling out our quote form, messaging us on Instagram, or emailing us. A 1/3 deposit is required to reserve your date.

 

Q: When is the final payment due?
A: Your remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Venmo, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. Cash is also accepted for final balances (paid early).

 PACKAGES & CUSTOMIZATION

Q: Can I customize my party package?
A: Absolutely! All packages are customizable. You can add or remove services to fit your event needs and budget.

 

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For custom cakes, characters, or large events, 4+ weeks is ideal.

 

Q: Do you offer themed parties like Bluey or Frozen?
A: Yes! We offer custom themes including popular characters. Add-ons like cardboard cutouts, favor bags, and backdrops are available.

 CAKES & FAVOR BAGS

Q: Can you provide a cake and treats?
A: Yes! We partner with Cakes by Ms. B for custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.

 

Q: What comes in a favor bag?
A: We offer basic and premium bags for both kids and adults. They’re themed to match your party and priced per guest.

 LOGISTICS & SETUP

 

Q: Do you deliver and set up?
A: Yes — full setup and takedown are included in most packages, except Mini Pop. We’ll handle it all so you don’t have to.

 

Q: What if the weather is bad?
A: We highly recommend having a backup indoor space. Party Pop is not responsible for weather-related damages to outdoor setups.

 

Q: How early do you arrive for setup?
A: Typically 1.5 to 2 hours before the event. We’ll confirm timing based on your setup needs.

 PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

Q: Will you take photos of the setup?
A: Yes! We photograph each setup for our portfolio. You can also add a photography session to capture party moments.

 

Q: Will my photos be shared online?
A: Only if you give us permission. You’ll have a chance to opt in or out during booking.

 TRAVEL FEES

Q: Do you charge travel fees?
A: Saratoga Springs is included. Other areas in Utah County are a flat $20. Salt Lake County and beyond may vary.
